You can return product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order without giving reasons. We do appreciate a return reason in order to possibly improve our products and service. Returned products will be refunded up to a maximum of the purchase price including any shipping costs within 14 days of Sillies receiving the returned product. For refunds, Sillies uses the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge to the consumer. For returning the order, the return costs are at the consumer’s own expense.
Please inspect the product when it has been delivered. In the unforeseen event that you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please notify Sillies within 7 days.
Please note that products must be returned in new and resalable condition, complete, undamaged, unused and secured in their original packaging. So please handle the product and the packaging with care and only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary for establishing the nature, the characteristics and the effect of the product. The guiding principle is that you may only handle and inspect the product in the manner in which one is allowed to handle a product in a shop. The customer is liable for the decrease in value of the product that is caused by the way of handling the product which went further than the guiding principle; no claim can be made in case of damage caused deliberately or with gross negligence, normal wear and/or damage from improper care or handling.
